Recording on gym
I have my personal trainer but he is from my home country and he lives abroad. For taking good care of my training plan and doing exercises correctly he asked me to record some of my exercises so he can check my technique and help me. Can I use camera to record only myself if I will not publish those video's anywhere except my personal trainer on private? Greetings, Natalia
